Randal Deyarmond: I agree with Rebel, if you throw up that means you drank too much. But if you do drink too much, then go ahead and throw up, you won't feel quite as bad the next day.
Jerrod Guilfoil: Throwing up is a sign that you have drank too much and your body is getting rid of the excess. Eat something _before_ you go out drinking so you absorb the alcohol more slowly. Also drink non-alcoholic drinks like orange juice between alcoholic drinks to keep your body hydrated. It's also worth noting that if you haven't had an alcoholic drink in a week or so then you will get drunk quicker. So don't stay sober for weeks and then suddenly have a night of binge drinking because you can do serious harm to your body....Show more
Arnette Dominici: Drink less. Your blood alcohol level has gotten too high when you start vomiting. Eating before and while drinking alcohol will slow absorption of the alcohol, but the best option is to moderate alcohol intake.
Hunte! r Beech: If you are throwing up after drinking, then you are drinking too much. Eating after drinking won't help. Eat before, that way you may not drink as much.
Antonia Mogg: Stop drinking. You talk about not drinking too much, but then you go on to talk about a "night of drinking", plus you're concerned about not throwing up. Obviously you DO drink too much! LOL.
Adan Alipio: Usually you eat before you drink, and you eat starchy foods, like bread and whatnot. Stuff that'll absorb some of the alcohol and not make you feel so woozy. If you only have a few drinks, you should be fine. Unless, of course, you're really light weight. Not the drinking type, but more so, the body type. The more you weigh, the more alcohol you can consume before becoming "intoxicated." Just don't mix a lot of liquors, drink a little water in between, eat something light before you leave, and drink responsibly. You should be good to go. :)...Show more
Hong Hunkin: Eat be! fore you drink. Then you won't drink to the point of vomit.
