It works. It's for removing eye make-up. You could just use your
normal face wash to remove concealer or foundation.
answers6: i like to use lotion to make the makeup come off. it doesnt
make a big mess on ur face. if u have any kind of lotion [ not
included: foot lotion] for ur face then u dont have to go to the store
