answers1: You asked your question to the meteorology section, which I
monitor because meteorology has been my hobby for more than half a
century (I started learning it with my father as a child).

In my understanding of the electromagnetic force as applied to
meteorology, the sun not a black body but the snow and clouds are.
Strange, isn't it?

Everything in the universe emits electromagnetic energy and that's why
the absolute zero (Kelvin zero) temperature doesn't exist. The higher
the temperature, the shorter the electromagnetic wavelength. Once it
reaches the frequency of the visual light, it is no longer a "black
body." Hence anything else than the sun, stars, a fire on earth or a
lightbulb, is a black body.

In meteorology, the effect of reflecting the light by snow and clouds
is called the albedo. A good example of the gain and loss of heat
energy is called the sun's net radiation. During daytime, the sun
heats the earth. At night, that heat radiates back into space as a
black body; the electromagnetic force frequency is lower than
infra-red and the visible light. Incidentally, at the equator the
sun's net radiation is always positive; more gain than loss. At the
poles it is always negative and in-between, it is mostly negative
during the winter.
answers2: if ur talking about skin colour then yes white body do exist
those people are called albinos
